Gonna climb a tree!

Our trees have grown a lot over the last 25 years and they are not easy to climb. The trunks are thicker and the branches have been trimmed, so you have to reach farther. But you still have to climb them!

How far do I have to raise that foot?
You have GOT to be kidding!

A couple of pointers from one of the best tree climbers!

Voila!!

What a great place to spend a childhood!!

Carving Pumpkins

It was pretty windy outside, so we worked in the garage.
It was a beautiful day, with sunshine and crisp temperatures.

Everyone was having a good time.

All ages were having a great time.

So many different designs!

And different attitudes!

The 4LKelleys have a Trench party every year on the Saturday before Father's Day.

People from all over the world appear at their house.

The variety of people is awesome and the age span is vast.

And the whole day is truly fun!

Everybody brings something to eat.
Sandwiches are the main plan, and I was going to get pictures of the feast, but it just didn't happen.
The desserts were wonderful as well as all the main attractions.

Laura was playing with the bottled water.
She would line them up and then knock them over, one at a time, as she sang -- This little piggie went to market ...

My a few of my knitting friends!
