Remember last month?And the duck with her nest next to the rabbit?
Well, the ducklings hatched on Sunday and the mom took the babes to the pond.
But one of them just wasn't strong enough to follow and she couldn't wait for him.
So, we kept him overnight and he will be going to the Rehab Center. At first he just laid there and only beeped a little. By Monday he was waddling all over the box and even escaped so I put a cereal box on top to hold him in. And, boy, is he noisy. I wish I could record his beeping.

When Joe told me the story I was so sad that the little guy was left all alone... But then I was so excited that you saved him! Hope to see you this Sunday! -Lindsay
