Blatant Advertisement

Most of you know I work at the Children's Theatre Company in Minneapolis. It is only the largest Children's theatre in the whole Midwest at least, if not the USA. Anyway, I want to plug our shows this fall!
First up is The BFG, by Roald Dahl. This will be a delightful story about a giant who befriends a little girl after he decides not to eat her. There is going to be some extreme puppetry action as well as some fantastic theatre magic! Lots of Whizpoppers too, but you have to see the show to know what one is!

The other show this fall is Watsons Go to Burmingham. This is about a black family who travels from Flint, MI to Alabama to visit grandma. This is in the 1960's. The show is funny and also rather dramatic and deep. Much focus is on family and cultural differences. Should be a good one!!

The rest of the season will a complete blast too, so check it out at www.childrenstheatre.org
