I canned the last post!



I didn't want Bob and Lisa to have all the fun, so I made Roasted Garlic Jelly. This time I actually bought a mini-canner and rack and jar lifter. That is so much easier than trying to make-do with what was already here!






This is a Tomato Basil Quiche (using basil that I have been growing and using this summer). Joe and Lindsay were here for lunch and I should have gotten a picture of the great Strawberry Rhubarb Pie that they baked. It even had the lattice crust and it was beautiful and tasted even better!






And here are my Pickled Peppers. Some of them are from my plants (check the last post if you want to see them) and I did buy some of them. They'll be ready in a month. Come on over for the tasting!!

Those sure look yummy! I can't wait to try it! What is the garlic jelly like? Sounds interesting!
