Yup, I got a little carried away with the salsa canning. I bought a box of tomatoes at the Farmer's market and I just love salsa. It seemed like a good idea at the time. I didn't know how long it would take to peel and dice and cook and process all that stuff. And this doesn't even show the 6 pints that ended up in the fridge because I didn't have time to process another batch. At least I know not to put them in the freezer!!
